I've never claimed to be an expert. I'm not a makeup artist or dietician or astrologer. I just might love the beauty and wellness industry a little more than some people. My Judys ask me for advice all of the time, I take into account that we all have different skin types/ sun signs/ budgets, etc. I share what works best for me and hope that guides my friends in the right direction. Recently, a handful of peeps asked me for a few pointers and I'm sharing my answers! Maybe you've had this question too!

I recently discovered Pacifica Underarm Deodorant Wipes (30CT for $9) and I'm pretty much obsessed. Pop these in your bag and use wherever, whenever! I have stopped using antiperspirant and some natural deodorants aren't always reliable. It's been nice having these as a back up. These wipes are chock full of odor neutralizing ingredients that actually work! You will smell like coconut milk for the rest of the day, it's long lasting yet subtle. I use these wipes all over my entire body and the chemical-free formula is super gentle.

As for face wipes, I have three in my arsenal at the moment. Pacifica Purifying Coconut Water Cleansing Wipes (30CT for $6) , Josie Maran Bear Naked Wipes (30CT for $12), Yes to Coconut Cleansing Wipes (30CT for $6). I can't ever run out. Gentle cleansing wipes that remove makeup without water are great for any lazy Judy. All of these lines are cruelty-free and the products are vegan! Again, feel free to use these wipes on your hands, body, and feet. No harsh chemicals = no problem

My first instinct is to recommend Make Up Forever Aqua Brow. It's not a pencil but a highly pigmented gel. This has been my go-to waterproof brow product for a few years, however, it is quite a meticulous task to apply. Ive been wanting a quicker way to throw on brows that last, so I've been using Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer, topped with ABH Clear Brow Gel. I've tried ABH Brow Wiz but the ultra slim pencil did not work for my brow area. The triangular tip of the BD makes it so easy to line my brows. Find the best pencil tip that works for you. I've incorporated brow gel into my routine about 6 months ago and now I can't live without it. Straight up, my brows do not move! It's a great product for naked brows too. This is one of my last steps in my routine because your brows will be hard and cripsy once the gel sets.

Protein powder is not always tasty, so when you find one that is, don't stray! ALOHA is a health and wellness brand that specializes in high quality, health conscious products. From protein powder to teas to detox kits, Aloha also offers recipes and lifestyle tips to encourage everyone to live their best life.  With 18g of protein per serving, this plant-based dietary supplement is dairy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, and USDA organic. There are two flavors to choose from, Vanilla or Chocolate. Keeping it simple. They offer their protein by tin (18oz for $33) or individual pouches (14 for $37), which are great while on-the-go! Subscribe and never miss your powder. Not only do I add this to my morning smoothie, you can add it to pancake mix for a filling breakfast or mixed up with an avocado and a lil bit of nut milk for a sweet treat.

I like to alternate my smoothies by also using KASHI Matcha Mantra Protein Shake. 20g of plant protein, this is the my preferred powder when it's time for a green smoothie. No artificial flavors, just earthy plant-powered realness. Chock full of probiotics to promote digestive health! This powder packs more calories than others (160 per serving) but it's low in sugar, so balance right? My daily smoothie is pretty simple; two scoops of poweder, handful of spinach, frozen banana, and cashew milk to fill me up while I am on the go.

Astrology is my religion. It doesn't matter if you don't believe in it because I believe in it for you. I don't put all of my faith in horoscopes or judge people too hard based on their zodiac sign. It's just a nice guide that I like to indulge in. Sometimes it can really explain a lot. In astrology, there are twelve sun signs, which are really just six sign polarities. The signs are generally six months apart. As a Taurus, Scorpio is my natural opposition. For Aquarians, their polar opposite is Leo, which explains why there might be an unavoidable draw for these two signs. The signs have more in common than the term 'polar opposite' suggests. They are both fixed signs, which means they're stabilizing signs that find their path and stick to it. Aquarians are known for being humanitarians with an interest in social justice, while Leos are natural born leaders who wear their heart on their sleeves. Aquariuans are more about group dynamics while Leos are more interested in individuality. Their sign polarity attempts to balance personal interest (Leo) and social interest (Aquarius). The planetary pull might explain the abundance of Leos!
